Every AURA product is handcrafted from recovered materials. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they remain unused and in their original condition.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Where stock is available, eligible items may be exchanged for another size, colour or design.
